Google is Your Friend

What do you do when you get a craving for a treat and want to know how much sugar it will have? What if you need to know about a specific nutrient value for the foods you eat? Where do you get your information? I wanted to remind everyone that you can Google it! In 2013, Google starting providing it's users with the ability to type in almost any basic food name followed by nutrition (Example: banana nutrition) and it would give you the nutrition facts at the top of the search. This is fairly old news, but perhaps some people didn't already know. If you did, this is quickly remind those use the fantastic tools we have at our desposal. The nutrition values are from the USDA so they are quite accurate. With finding nutrition facts as easy as two words in a Google search bar there is no excuse not to be at least a little more concious of your diet choices.
